The morning rounds open with the men's marathon and the women's high jump. Soon after that will be the men's javelin throw, where the 2020 Gold medalist Neeraj Chopra will seek his first world title. Arguably the biggest competitions will end the day with the men's and women's four-by-400-meter relays. The U.S. is still the favorite even with India's record-setting day.

Make sure to pay attention to the name Athing Mu. She is the youngest woman ever to have Olympic and world titles in individual track and field. She is the 2020 Tokyo gold medalist in the 800 meters. She is still just 21 years old from New Jersey. She had a stumble in this competition in the semifinals but is looking to fully regain her form today. Who will make a name for themselves on the final day from Budapest?
